Gender Research in Business Schools: a Human Rights Perspective
Corporate Social Responsibility is not enough to tackle gender inequality - so is a Business and Human Rights approach the better option for business schools? Why is social compliance ineffective when it comes to gender discrimination? These are some of the questions raised when Ben is joined by a whole host of remarkable guests across multiple time zones, including Lara Bianchi and Samentha Goethals, who head the Research Group of Gender of the Global Business School Network for Human Rights (GBSN), Lauren McCarthy of Bayes Business School and Dorothée Baumann-Pauly, director of the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights.
